Wood-Aluminum Windows & Doors

The combination of wood and aluminum provides maximum weather protection together with the insulating properties of wood.
The exterior aluminum surface can be finished in a wide variety of colors, while the interior wood elements create a comfortable ambience.

Post and Rail Construction and Conservatories

We manufacture post and rail structures and conservatories using the Gutmann system. Although a variety of front-view widths are available, most designs use the Lara 50 mm or Lara 60 mm profile system.

The quality and testing requirements of the German quality assurance association RAL-Gütegemeinschaft Holzfenster und Türen ensure that our products maintain high quality standards during production and installation. Continuous in-house and external testing is also performed to ensure consistent quality of materials and processing.

Wood

Our wood, sorted according to DIN 68 360, is kiln-dried and conditioned to a moisture content of 11-15%. We can supply a wide variety of wood types, such as

·  Hemlock


Surface finishing

The wood is first primed and impregnated by flow coating using products from the firm SIKKENS. Two coats of an appropriate finish are applied for the final layer. Almost any color desired can be used.
The SIKKENS products we use are environmentally friendly and biodegradable.


Glazing

Glazing for windows, exterior doors and conservatories must meet the highest standards for heat insulation, sound protection, sun protection, burglary-resistance, fall safety, and impact safety. Glazing is also an important design element, and can create a comfortable ambience.
We offer a wide variety of options for our products using:

Hardware

We use the Roto NT hardware system for our windows. Even the base model comes with basic security built into the bottom edge of the sash. A wide selection of hardware is also available for more stringent safety requirements (WK 1, WK 2):

Exterior doors are equipped with multi-bolt locking systems from the firm KFV. These three- or five-bolt locking systems meet all requirements for heat insulation, sound protection and safety.
The hinges we use are specially designed for manufacturing windows and doors. The Baka 3D Protect exterior-door hinge system is used as standard equipment. This hinge system is adjustable in three dimensions using quick excentric adjustment and has maintenance-free sleeve bearings.
